After the Academy of Country Music Awards, Blake Shelton performed a surprise pop-up concert in Las Vegas.
He of course brought up on stage his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani to perform a duet with him!
Stefani took the stage around 1:30 a.m. Monday and performed several songs, including "Hollaback Girl" and "Hella Good."
