Some Experts Say Beyonce’s Diet Is Not So Healthy?

Beyonce got back into shape after having twins using the Greenprint diet. It is a plant based diet. It was created by her trainer, Marco Borges. He wrote the book,The Greenprint Diet Better Body Better World.

The diet aims to be healthy for both the environment and the user.

A story in the New York Post says the diet instructs people to eat 600 calories less than they should. While a nutritionist said that restricting oneself will only cause one to eat more and gain weight after coming off of the diet.
