States are really starting to crack down. Restaurants that are not following the state's requirements are now getting fined or a suspension of their liquor licenses.
As of right now the two states being closely monitored are New York and Florida. The locations that have a violation of social distancing, limited capacity and other COVID-19 safety precautions. In states like New York you could be fined up to $10,000.
