Well, this doesn't happen everyday!
A United Airlines from Newark, New Jersey to Miami made an unexpected stop in South Carolina last week after police said that a man bit another passenger. The suspect was a 45-year-old man that seem agitated after a trip to the bathroom. He apparently took a glass of water and then began to scream and thrash around. That's when he then punched a passenger sitting next to him several times.
Other people tried to hold him back, but the same passenger was also allegedly bit on the ear and ended up needing seven stitches. Luckily there was a doctor on board and he tried to subdue the man with a shot of Benadryl until they could land.
