Dodger fans...are you ready for this? We may soon see some major changes around the field at our beloved Dodger Stadium AND on the players uniforms, as the team has officially hired a marketing agency to sell the naming rights to the field AND add an advertising patch to team uniforms! It was already approved in the new 5-year collective bargaining agreement...changes could be in place as early as next season...good Lord I just hope its not something CRAZY! They hired Sportfive, the company behind the Lakers deal or this past season...and Bibigo happened!
The team is NOT selling naming rights to Dodger Stadium, (the third-oldest ballpark in the majors). AND don't forget, Dodger Stadium will host the All-Star Game in July for the first time since 1980!
