SoFi Stadium To Host Soccer Matches For 2026 World Cup!

"Futbol is life" as Dani Rojas once said in Ted Lasso...

Pretty cool to see SoCal and soccer fans in LA represented for the FIFA World Cup, as SoFi Stadium has been selected as one of 10 stadiums in North America to host games for the 2026 World Cup Tournament!

The last time Los Angeles hosted games were during the 1994 World Cup and for the 1999 Women's World Cup.

As the most expensive stadium ever built, at an estimated cost of $5.5 Billion, it will be nice to showcase the world class venue to the world in 2026...as long as we take care of it and out city until then!

Between the 2022 MLB All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium, the 2028 Olympics and this, it's going to be a cool decade in LA sports!
