Meet Carter, he's 8 years old and has a rare skin condition called Vitiligo. The disease kills cells that create pigment in the skin. It's caused his skin to start turning white around his eyes and mouth. Carter's mother says that he has low self-esteem because of the way he looks.
But then his mom found a picture of a dog with the same condition, contacted the owner and built up a friendship. People donated money so the two could travel across the country so Carter could meet the dog. And of course the two instantly fell in love!!
