This is probably the best cold brew mash-up so far!
This is a caffeine lover's dream come true.
Available at Dominique Ansel Kitchen in New York City, the ice cream's preparation process takes two days!
First, coffee flavor is infused into a house-made milk base that sits overnight.
Then, it takes another night to strain it.
After that it gets mixed with their base, which is their own cold brew made using a special blend of La Colombe beans and rests for 12 hours!
Apparently, it's completely different from coffee ice cream because it's richer when it comes to flavor, without being bitter or sour and it's a good, clean coffee taste.
We NEED to get to New York ASAP!
