According to fan speculation, the two went their separate ways after the "Psycho" rapper was reportedly spotted with another woman. Adding to the fan-created rumor mill, Lauren posted a cryptic message on Instagram Monday (April 15) that at the very least hints there's trouble in paradise. "I know the truth before it’s given, I can read it in your feelins. [sic] Ladies, always listen to that little voice in ur heart💃🏻," she advised. Ty also shared his feelings on social media, telling fans he had a broken heart by tweeting, "💔," on Monday.
Aside from their cryptic social media messages, Lauren no longer follows Ty on Instagram. He, however, still follows her.
The couple's alleged split comes after nearly two years together. While the two were initially apprehensive about opening up about their relationship, they went public in October 2017 after months of speculation, they became known for their PDA and lovey-dovey words for one another on social media.
Back in October, Lauren was asked what made their relationship work, after she credited Ty for helping her find her confidence in the music studio. "I don't know, we just vibe," she explained to Billboard. "We have fun together and he makes me laugh and he’s really sweet and thoughtful and kind and is just supportive."
"There's a million and one reasons why," Lauren continued. "Mostly, we are happy. When we’re hanging out, we’re just happy and vibing, and I don’t have to think about being happy, and I like that."
