High School Pitcher Consoles His Friend Before Celebrating With His Team!

When it comes to the world of sports we have seen many incredible moments, but this one is definitely one of the sweetest ones we've seen!

A high school game in Minnesota between Totino-Grace and Mounds View ended with a heartwarming moment after pitcher Ty Koehn struck out Jack Kocon.

Ty and Jack are childhood friends and have known each other since they were 13 and they were on the same little league time.

The two of them went to separate schools, but they still kept in touch.

When Ty struck out Jack, it sealed the Mounds' victory, 17-10.

The win also meant Mounds would head to the state championships, while Totino-Grace's season came to an end.

Ty told Bring Me The News, "I knew the game was going to keep going or it was going to end right there."

He continued, "I knew I had to say something. Our friendship is more important than just the silly outcome of a game. I had to make sure he knew that before we celebrated."

Ty went straight to Jack to console him before celebrating the victory with his team!
