With gyms closed all over the country, and most people not having gym equipment at home, it's a challenge to come up with things to do to keep your body moving during this quarantine time.
Brandon McDaniel, the Director of Strength & Conditioning for the Dodgers, has been doing live streams on YouTube of 30+ minute workouts that you can do at home, using little to no equipment at all. The live streams are available at any time on the Dodgers YouTube page.
It's kinda cool to have the Dodgers trainer as your own personal trainer, and do the things he has Major League Baseball players doing on the daily.
