I know, it seems like a really dumb question. However, after watching this video, I'm kinda stuck in the middle.
A video from last year has resurfaced of a group of young men arguing if fish are wet. Most people will say yes and believe that any object that touches water, whether it is fully submerged or not, is considered wet. Well, the opposing point of this argument is that if an object is fully surrounded or submerged in water, it is only wet once you remove that object from the water.
