On August 25, the LA Kings participated in "LA Kings Night" as the Dodgers faced the San Diego Padres at Dodger Stadium.
Before the game, Tyler Toffoli, Alec Martinez, Nate Thompson and Peter Budaj all tried their luck in the batting cage. Each player had some success, but it's probably safe to say they're not quitting their day jobs anytime soon.
Toffoli decided his skills were good enough to up against Dodgers All-Star pitcher Ross Stripling, and it was, um, entertaining to say the least.
After throwing out the first pitch, Bob Miller joined Toffoli, Martinez, Thompson and Dustin Brown to kick off the game as he replicated Vin Scully's iconic opening line, "It's time for Dodger baseball" to kick off the game.
