Country Time Will Pay If Your Child Gets Fined For Having A Lemonade Stand

So this is a real thing... Kids' lemonade stands have been shut down and slapped with fines because they didn't have a permit to sell in their neighborhoods.

Well the lemonade drink company, Country Time, is offering up their legal team to any kid that has their lemonade stand fined. They said they will reimburse them!

To apply, a parent or guardian just needs to upload an image of the child's permit or fine, along with a description of what the lemonade stand means to your child. The submission will be reviewed by the Legal-Ade team and if it complies with their terms, you will receive the exact amount to cover the permit or fine, up to $300.00.
