It's summertime! Which means parents of young children need to keep a watchful eye on their kids when a pool is near.
In this video a parent shared online, a toddler is seen climbing up the LOCKED stairs that lead to an above ground pool. This was shared as a warning to parents that even when you think you are practicing pool safety (like with locked stairs) things can still happen.
