John Legend Made History With His EGOT Win!

John Legend has officially made history!

39-year-old Legend is one of the youngest ever EGOT winners and became the first African-American man to claim this honor.

He won an Emmy at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in LA along side Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice for "Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert."

EGOT stands for the four big awards in the industry which are Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.

He celebrated his win all over social media and it will bring a smile to your face.

Prior to Legend winning, only 12 people had won all four titles.

Chrissy Teigen also posted celebrating her husbands win.

She posted a photo of her kissing him and a video of John putting his new trophy on the top shelf of a display of his previous awards.
