Okay, it's impossible to eat just ONE French Fry and we all know that!
According to this Harvard professor, he did a study last year that stated potatoes have a high glycemic index which is linked to an increased risk of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
So if you eat fried potatoes 2-3 times per week, you have a higher risk of death compared to those who eat un-fried potatoes.
He believes that if a meal comes with a side salad and only six french fries, that will be more beneficial.
SIX FRENCH FRIES?!
That is the serving size... imagine that!
Twitter seems to disagree with this... what do you think potato lovers?!
