Southern California is not used to getting rain, but it is getting a lot of it this week!
One good thing about this weather though, In-N-Out Burger is giving out free hot chocolate to kids 12 and under on rainy days!
Everyone loves to cuddle up on a winter rainy day with a cup of hot chocolate (and possibly a burger and fries too)!
