Well Mexican Pizza lovers...looks like all the HYPE of its return, worked! So much so that TACO BELL RAN OUT?? OMG, cue the violin 😭😭😭 Taco Bell made a HUGE DEAL about the return of their beloved Mexican Pizza after a 2 year hiatus, all thanks to fans demanding it, along with a bunch of celebs...heck they even put on a MUSICAL to celebrate its big post pandemic return. But sadly the demand was 7 times MORE than they had expected and are currently struggling to deliver Mexican Pizza's. ;/ Reports say the item is becoming INCREASINGLY hard to find, prompting many locations to announce they are 'sold out' ;/ For example, the company said one fan bought 180 Mexican Pizzas in a single order?? Ohhhhhh maybe GREED is the problem?? ;0
"Because of the incredible love for the Mexican Pizza, we have begun selling out across the country," Taco Bell said on its website. "Our restaurant teams trained weeks for what we knew would be a big return, we just didn't realize how big, and replenishing the beloved menu item is taking longer than we'd like." ABC News says Taco Bell said in a statement that it's working "diligently with our restaurants and suppliers" to get more ingredients for the pizza, and hopes it returns permanently to menus "by this fall."
