If you are someone who frequently uses their coupons, you may begin to see a lot fewer of them as the company is now scaling back on issuing them. Chief Merchandising Officer Joe Hartsig stated that the company is seeing an over-reliance on the coupon and they will be cutting down on how many they offer. They found out that many of their new customers are younger and 20% less likely to use one of their coupons.
Don't panic! They will still come through the mail, but you just will start to see fewer of them.
