Popeyes just announced that they are debuting a new Cajun Flounder Sandwich. It will be available starting today for a limited time. It's a flounder sandwich that is light and flaky made with a blend of mild and spicy Cajun seasoning, covered with a crispy Southern coating and comes with pickles and tartar sauce on a brioche bun.
