California Man Spends 10k on Ads to Complain About His Slow Internet

Aaron Epstein has been an AT&T customer since the 1960's - that's a loooong time to be a patron of anything. So when he felt that his internet service had been lacking, well, he decided to make AT&T aware.

The California resident took out two ads in the Wall Street Journal just to let them know if his dissatisfaction in their current service:

Mr. Epstein addressed his open letter to AT&T CEO John Stankey in regards to what he called the company's "failure to upgrade DSL areas to modern internet service."

“I put the ad in the Dallas edition of the Wall Street Journal where the head office of AT&T is. I also put it in the New York City edition because that’s where the investors are,” Mr. Epstein stated. Whether or not his efforts are successful, he's sure getting noticed!
