Bad News For Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Lovers

Bad News For Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Lovers

Hate to point this out on the 1st full day of Autumn, but...A Grande-sized serving of a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte made with 2% milk and whipped cream is 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar.   And that's not even taking into account all the calories & sugar from meals & drinks throughout your whole day.  Again...One Pumkin Spice Latte could be 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar...All those calories & sugar in one treat alone?!  That's a bit excessive...especially of you're drinking them regularly. Sorry to be a buzzkill, but sharing is caring.  Good news, though...

You can tweak your order to make the drink less caloric.  A lower-calorie PSL can be accomplished by requesting an Americano with pumpkin spice sauce, whipped cream and pumpkin topping.  Basically, hold the milk.  Here's to our good health...cheers!
