This Car Maker Is Trying To Eliminate The New Car Smell!
Wait, isn't that new car smell one of the best parts about getting a new car?! Well, for some people, apparently not. People in China reportedly HATE that new car smell. So Ford wants to get rid of it!
In fact, Ford has filed a patent to protect a way it's devised of removing the new car smell. Filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, Ford's system reportedly works in autonomous or semi-autonomous cars, using software and sensors to work out if the external environment is suitable to begin the process of eradicating that new car smell.
