You may be familiar with singer/songwriter Mike Posner from his songs "Cooler than Me" or "I Took a Pill in Ibiza."
He's currently doing a walk across America and as he's almost done in Colorado, he had to get airlifted to the hospital because he got bit by a baby rattlesnake.
It posted a video on Instagram of himself in the hospital where he said that he just "crushed 16 miles and was going for 8 more" when he got bit by the baby rattlesnake.
He said:
That venom is no joke! I got to the hospital and got the anti-venom in time. Shout outs to G and Mike from the chopper team and Bo and Cassie and Whitney (my nurses). I’ll be here a few days and will not be able to walk for several weeks but enjoying the AC and the nice bed, haven’t had those in a while Hahahaha! Can’t wait to get back on The Walk! KEEP GOING!!!!!!”
We have to give Mike major props to persevere through this rattlesnake wound and keep going on his trek!
