If you're one who loves to explore Los Angeles by going to all of the different museums, we have some good news for you. The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) got rid of their $15 entrance fee and it's officially free to get in. The MOCA announced their plan to be free back in May and it was all possible because of a $10-million gift from MOCA Board of Trustees President Carolyn Powers. The MOCA wanted to be able to remove financial barriers to entry in order to become more accessible and encourage more visits. MOCA Director Klaus Biesenbach said, "It's about art and sharing it."
Will you attend the MOCA more now that it's free?
