Here's How To Get Money From The $6.3 Million Infants' Tylenol Settlement!

If you bought Infants' Tylenol in the past five, you may be eligible to get money for the $6.3 Million settlement. The class action lawsuit claims that the packaging on Infants' Tylenol is misleading and it deceives customers into believing Infants’ Tylenol is specially formulated for infants. However, it contains the exact same amount of liquid acetaminophen concentration as in Children's Tylenol.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. denies the allegations and claims that Infants’ Tylenol and Children’s Tylenol are distinct products considering there's additional safety features like a dosage syringe with Infants' Tylenol. The lawsuit claims parents overpaid for Infants' Tylenol and customers are considered eligible for the settlement if you bought the product between Oct. 3, 2014, and Jan. 6, 2020. You must file a claim by April 13th and you can claim a maximum of seven bottles or $15.05 may be claimed without a proof of purchase. However, an unlimited number of bottles may be claimed with proof of purchase. Johnson & Johnson plans to make “reasonably diligent efforts” to modify the packaging of both products to make it clear that the amount of medicine in both Infants’ Tylenol and Children’s Tylenol has the same concentration of acetaminophen.
