At the beginning of the pandemic, many businesses were lost including the iconic Cinerama dome theater on Sunset Boulevard. Well, it looks liked the Cinerama dome theater could be making a comeback. According to Variety, the owners of the theater have obtained a new liquor license, allowing them to operate a restaurant and two bars for the multiplex theater. "Cinerama Hollywood" was listed on the license application as the new business. It did not list a potential opening date.
