The 'Big Bang Theory' Main Cast Takes A Pay Cut

The 'Big Bang Theory' has been on TV for 10 years, can you believe that?!

I think it's safe to say this cast definitely look out for one another.

Recently, it was announced that the original five members of the show - Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg would all be taking pay cuts. They currently all make $1 million per episode, but will take $100,000 out of that salary.

The cast decided to do this since the female co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch currently make around $200,000 per episode. So by the five leads taking pay cuts, it allows that money to go towards Mayim and Melissa's raises. Mayim and Melissa would then be earning nearly $450,000 per episode.

Contract negotiations are being finalized this week so hopefully everyone walks away happy!
