Zayn Malik has won the award for Best Music Video of the Year for his song, "Pillowtalk." Unfortunately Zayn couldn't make it to the ceremony who is currently in Paris. To thank his fans and accept his award, he shared a video message to Twitter.
At the end of the video girlfriend Gigi Hadid made a surprise cameo by blowing a kiss and thanking fans as well. Aweee SO cute!
