Mercedes Edney is a beauty student in Charlotte, North Carolina. She recently started an online fundraiser to help pay the $6,000 of her remaining schooling. Edney initially raised $300 but the next morning to Edney's surprise, she woke up to Teigen's donation of the remaining $5,600.
Teigen left a sweet message to Edney with her donation, "I've seen this be your passion for such a long time now. So excited to see you fulfill your dream!"
