Waitress Keri Marie Carlson received a $500 tip from a customer after he noticed that her hearing aid was broken.
He wanted to tip her the money so she could get it fixed. She tried to give him the money back, but he wouldn't take no for an answer.
The owner of the restaurant was so impressed, he's now using T-shirt sales to raise money for the American Society for Deaf Children. And he added that this couldn't have happened to a nicer person.
