Let's Help Baby Melanie Who Has Biliary Atresia

Our friends need your help!

Baby Melanie has been diagnosed at the tender age of 2 months with the rare end stage liver disease known as Biliary Atresia.

Her parents were told that without surgical intervention, very few babies with this disease live past their second birthday. She immediately underwent surgery to try and save her liver. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful and Melanie suffered liver failure a few days ago.

She is now in critical condition at the pediatric intensive care unit of Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, where she has been sedated and intubated since she is unable to eat or breathe on her own. At this point her only chance of survival is to receive a liver transplant.

Share Melanie's GoFundMe page, in hopes to find her a liver donor and to raise money for her medical expenses.
