21-year-old Olivia Skuce from Northern Ireland ordered a haul of clothing from UK-based online store PrettyLittleThing.com, including a cute AND affordable black mesh crop top.
When her shipment arrived, she was so excited to try on the trendy top.
Except the shirt didn't really live up to her expectations...
Olivia couldn't even fully put it on over her head so she decided to tweet the company for some answers.
It turns out she wasn't the only one with this EXACT problem and the pictures are hilarious!
The company Pretty Little Thing has been going through all the photos, offering full refunds and discounts to customers who were disappointed.
The crop top has since been pulled from the site.
