United States Marine Corps Bill Eblen wanted to be the "something blue" in his uniform at his niece's wedding.
With his health failing, he made it his goal to make it to Ali Ferrell's wedding. With rehabilitation, Eblen was able to make it to the ceremony, being pushed down the isle in a wheelchair. He was wearing his blue uniform and stood guard by her side next to the alter.
