How would you like a four-day workweek?
Well, many bosses are giving it a try. Businesses credits the four-day workweek to profits and higher sales.
Some employers are going from 40 hours per week to 32 hours a week with a pay cut, as long as employees get their jobs done.
Some other employers are doing a four-day concept with 10-hour shifts per day, such as Shake Shack.
Shake Shack’s president says the staff loves the idea and said, Being able to take their kids to school a day a week, or one day less of having to pay for daycare, for example.
