As Katy Perry prepares to be a mother the singer is also mourning the death of her beloved grandmother, Ann Pearl Hudson.
Katy Perry announced via Twitter that Hudson died at the age of 99 as she shared a song dedicated to her grandmother.
She posted a song called, “Dead Peace,” with the caption,“a song for Grandma. May she rest in deep peace. Ann Pearl Hudson.”
Katy Perry fans will remember her grandmother from her appearance in her 3D concert film, “Piece of Me.” My condolences go out to Katy Perry and her family.
Katy Perry also posted a sweet tribute to her grandmother Ann on Instagram.
