Regular exercise is one of the most basic ways to mitigate stress, especially with the spread of the coronavirus. The best way to ease stress is by going to the gym.
But is it safe to go to the gym? It is by taking some precautions, such as carrying hand-wipes to wipe off equipment prior to its use would be best.
Avoid big exercise classes. Try to attend classes with less than 15 members.Do not expose others to germs. If you are feeling like you are coming down with something, stay home.
Keep your workout on lockdown. Working out at home might just work out for you.
