Reese Witherspoon has been drinking the same green smoothie everyday for 8 years!
She just shared her go-to smoothie recipe with us, so now we can start making it ourselves! She said “This is the smoothie that I drink every single day, and I have probably for eight years, nine years, I don’t even know, It has a lot of vegetables in it.” Witherspoon says that she has this instead of breakfast and keeps her full until about 1 p.m.
You'll need spinach, two heads of romaine lettuce, celery or anything really green from the refrigerator. She'll also toss in a pear, an apple and a banana, plus an entire lemon. Don't forget a cup of coconut water then blend everything together in a Vitamix.
You can add almond butter if you choose!
