Can't say I've tried this before, but maybe now I will!
Dwayne Johnson likes his french toast topped with tequila maple syrup! We all look forward to his posts about what cheat meal he is having. His most recent was a Brioche French Toast that was finished with an assortment of tequila infused toppings.
In the video you see The Rock zoom into two pieces of thick cut brioche French Toast with a few globs of fresh whipped cream. After that, he uses two homemade toppings with his own brand of tequila, Teremana Tequila.
The first is maple toasted coconut chips and the second is toasted coconut maple syrup.
