It looks like we won't be visiting the Bahamas anytime soon due to a spike in coronavirus cases.
The announcement was made Sunday by Prime Minister Hubert Minnis. This news comes three weeks after the Bahamas reopened to travelers. Now, the country's national airline will stop flights to the U.S. International flights and boats carrying passengers will also not be allowed to enter.
The officials in the Bahamas say that there will be an exception for flights from Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
