Well this is... different.
KFC is currently working on 3-D Chicken Nuggets! They just partnered up with a bio-printing lab in Russia for a process that combines animal cells and plant-based ingredients to make chicken meat by using 3-D printing that will eliminate the slaughter of animals.
The nuggets will still have the flavor you are use to, they will just be made a different way!
So far a test product is scheduled to be ready to taste in Russia come Fall.
