An Anaheim restaurant is gaining attention for its unique take on tacos that are inspired by a California favorite: In-N-Out burgers! Pour Vida Tortillas and Taps is a local favorite, not only because their food is delicious, but because of their creative approach to tacos.
Their menu offers a vast array of unique tacos but one of them really stands out: the Anaheim Burger Taco. The famous taco comes with melted cheese, tomato, shredded lettuce, and housemade secret sauce. ABC7 spoke with the restaurant's chef and owner, Jimmy Martinez about his unique creation.
"I wanted to put something unique and different on the menu. And ever since I put this on the menu people just flock to it," said Martinez. "I wanted the people to try something that they usually just can't get any other taqueria. You can come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
Other exciting taco creations on their menu include their Fried Oyster tacos, Spicy Ahi Tuna tacos, and Brussels Sprout tacos. In addition to their tacos, they also have a Concha Breakfast Sandwich that is popular among locals.
