Animal Control Officer Chad Olds, visited the Friends of Vance County Animal Shelter in Henderson, North Carolina, and performed Alan Jackson's "Red on a Rose," for some of the dogs.
You have to see the animals' reactions. I want to adopt them all after watching this! Who needs a doggie??? :)
