Fur-ternity Leave Is Now Available For New Pet Owners!

Pet Owners, this is something that may interest you!

A company in Minneapolis is now offering fur-ternity leave which is the ability to work from home for a week to welcome new dogs or cats!

The vice president Allison McMenimen helped with this new policy.

Connor McCarthy who is a senior account manager at Nina Hale, was the latest employee to seek permission to work from home with a new pet.

He just adopted a golden doodle puppy and was worried about him adjusting new a new environment.

McCarthy then sent a request to his boss asking if he could work from home for the first week so his dog could get use to his surroundings.

Of course they approved. The company began considering making it a formal benefit and the policy was unveiled in July!

What do you think about this?
