The wait is officially over — Katy Perry's new album 143 is finally here!

The reigning MTV VMAs Video Vanguard recipient dropped her sixth studio album on Friday (September 20), a dance-pop project filled with exciting collaborations and "provocative pop anthems" that weaves a message of love throughout its 11 tracks with the symbolic "143" numerical expression of love, according to a press release.

The "Woman's World" singer also enlisted the help of other artists for several tracks on the album, including "I'm His, He's Mine," her collab with Doechii that they debuted in a steamy performance at the 2024 MTV VMAs earlier this month. She also recruited 21 Savage for "Gimme Gimme" and Kim Petras for "Gorgeous," while she teamed up with rapper JID on "Artificial."

Perry previously shared the special meaning behind her "angel number" 143, saying it has helped her through difficult experiences over the years.

"A couple years ago, we were going through a little bit of a hard time medically in our family, and it was a little bit scary, and I started seeing 143 in many different ways, not just on the phone," she said, adding, "I really believe it was my angels, my guides, saying, 'I love you. We got you. We're going to protect you. You're exactly where you're meant to be. You're on the path.'"

Perry's already had some help promoting her new music — and from the cutest little helper too. In August, she shared a video of her 4-year-old daughter Daisy, whom she shares with fiancé Orlando Bloom, adorably helping her sign copies of the album's lead single "Woman's World." The little one even helped inspired the song "Lifetimes."
