This is just THE CUTEST!!! Ilese Gay from Albuquerque New Mexico had plans for the past year, to spend her 89th Bday ROCKIN OUT at a Lady Gaga concert in Vegas-her favorite!!
But sadly as we all know...tours and concerts have all been cancelled TFN...that's why I LOVE her friends, family and neighbors who went ABOVE AND BEYOND with her surprise bday street parade in front of her house as they did an incredible job of making it a LADY GAGA THEME!!
They BLASTED her music from their cars and even dressed like the star...all to cheer up a disappointed fan, while making sure she STILL got her 'Lady Gaga' special experience...:)
