What?! No Screaming On California Roller Coasters When Theme Parks Reopen?!

It's the news SO MANY have been waiting for, for well over a year...'WHEN will we be allowed to enjoy our favorite local theme parks again'??? As of YESTERDAY, we finally heard a date...a scheduled date of April 30th, 2021 for the re-opening of Disneyland and Disney California Adevnture...EXCIIIITNG!!! With Six Flags Magic Mountain, Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios and others hopefully not far behind. But this NEW announcement, this new 'guideline', or 'rule'...is not only ODD but seemingly IMPOSSIBLE TO ENFORCE! I understand continued COVID-19 concerns of 'saliva droplets' that could be released on others if open mouthed screeeeeeeeeeaming got crazy but come on!! Reports say the Blueprint for a Safer Economy calls for California businesses to limit activities like shouting and raised voices that are known to cause increased spread of COVID-19, but this is the part that will make me just want to stay home for awhile longer ;/ The California Attractions and Parks Association Responsible Reopening Plan addresses the need to limit shouting, screaming and hollering on roller coasters, thrill rides and other theme park attractions. CAPA is proposing that theme parks can “mitigate the effects of shouting” through the use of mandatory face coverings and modified seat loading patterns on amusement park rides...I AGREE! Come on...lets find a way to MAKE THIS WORK!
