A 'mini-version' of all the things we LOVE about county fairs will be happening in LA County for the NEXT 3 weekends!! Yeah!! Pre-Covid, Angelinos looked forward to all the rides, food and people watching fun since the first LA County Fair was held in 1922!! It has run MOST every year since (minus a few cancellations thanks to WWII & now Covid for the past 2 years). Kickin' off THIS weekend and for the next 3 total, a scaled down 'Bite-Sized Fair' will be happening at the LA County Fairgrounds aka The Fairplex, in Pomona that folks are really gonna love and appreciate! We're talkin' more than 30+ food stands serving up 'fair-deliciousness' that will be deep-fried, covered in Flaimin’ Hot Cheetos dust, mounted on sticks and described as giant or colossal 😁😀 Of course that means fan-favorites Chicken Charlie’s and Biggy’s, will be on site with offerings such as chicken sandwiches with ice cream and Krispy Kreme donuts for buns, brownies covered in buffalo sauce, bacon-wrapped pickles as pineapples stuffed with shrimp, turkey legs and enormous corn dogs coated in Cheetos as well as bacon-wrapped pork bellies!! Wow!! And if that's not enough...you can always just 'scale back' and scarf down some kettle corn and funnel cake!!

And according to the Daily Bulletin...some vendors will offer samples for $3 that include deep-fried Twinkies, Dole Whip with Fruity Pebbles, and half of a Big D doughnut from Texas Donuts. The Bite-Sized Fair will also feature more than 20 carnival rides!
