You always think of Tiffany & Co. when it comes to jewelry…but NEVER shoes!! Shoes are about to get a bit fancier as Tiffany & Co. and Nike are collaborating on a NEW luxury sneaker.
The new “Air Force 1 1837s” will debut March 7 as Nike celebrates the 40th anniversary of their “Air Force 1” shoes. Tiffany and Nike teased this collaboration over the weekend on social media, and released images and details this week. Fans got super excited and hoped that the first-ever Tiffany sneaker would be done in the signature blue hue. However, the new low-top shoe is being made in a black suede with a blue Nike swoosh and co-branded silver detailing on the back of the shoe above the heels. The sneaker is expected to retail at $400.
Tiffany & Co. also announced a co-branded sneaker-inspired collection of sterling-silver accessories that will include a shoe horn, shoe brush, and a dubrae (ornamental tag) made for the Nike and Tiffany & Co. Air Force 1 1837 laces.
Only two Tiffany & Co. stores in New York City and select Nike stores will have the new shoe available. You can also get it through Nike’s SNKRS app.
